COE produces an annual journal, the Liaison, which focuses on relevant civilian and military issues in the areas of humanitarian assistance, disaster management, peace operations and related fields. Each edition focuses on providing relevant perspectives on a particular theme. COE solicits academics and practitioners from the civilian and military worlds, as well as US and foreign authors, to provide a well-rounded view of the subject-matter.
